Sales & Marketing Executive (Location: Penang Science Park)
We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is key in expanding our contract manufacturing business across core operations, including:
- Laser Cutting
- Welding & Fabrication
- Structural Steel & Custom Metal Components
- Auto Painting
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential client in the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sector.
- Develop, manage, and convert sales pipeline for contract manufacturing project.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationship.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operation team to propose and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Track market trend, prepare proposal, and support strategic sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B industrial or technical sales, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with contract manufacturing or steel/metal industry is a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
